Holló & Partners Law Firm is a medium-sized law firm located in Budapest, Hungary. The focus the law firm lies primarily in corporate law, data protection law, employment law, intellectual property law, M&A, real estate law and start-up law. We provide services mainly for corporate clients based in Hungary and abroad, especially in the EU and in the USA. All professionals in the law firm are multilingual – we work in English, German and French besides Hungarian. Dr. Dóra HOLLÓ as the leading partner of the firm has more than 20 years of work experience, mostly in international environments. Before opening her own law firm in 2002, she worked for Artisjus, Price Waterhouse and Weiss Tessbach. Her main areas of concentration are competition law, copyright law, corporate law, data protection, e-commerce, labour law, law of the European Union, M&A transactions, patent & trademark, immigration law.

From 01 June 2016 our professional team has been extended with two colleagues as follows.

Dr. Dóra Adriána NAGY joined our law firm as a Partner from 01 June. She has got high professional experience in field of data protection law, corporate law and employment law. Before working in our law firm she worked for Rail Cargo Hungaria as a legal counsel and internal data protection officer. From 2014 she acts as a data protection expert and a public procurement rapporteur.

György FEHÉR counsels Central European start-ups/early stage private companies in commercial and corporate matters, with special emphasis on private placements, joint ventures, project financing and mergers and acquisitions. He advises investment funds and target companies in a variety of industries, including financial and banking sectors, media and technology, transport, energy and logistics and advises clients in sports arbitration. Mr. Fehér heads the Central European Practice Group that advises regional corporations seeking to enter the US market via private placement or public listing.
